Meet the guides.

What a session feels like.

Share what's on your mind

No perfect words needed. Start however it comes — a feeling, a situation, a single sentence.

Your guide responds

A calm, focused reply tailored to what you shared. No scripted answers, no judgment.

Take one clear next step

A grounding exercise, a reframe, a plan, or a pointer to real help if that's what's needed.

Here for the gaps. Not instead of your therapist.

SoulDot makes emotional support available in the moments when it is hardest to wait. It is not a replacement for licensed counselling, therapy, or medical care.

Some conversations need more than an AI. When that happens, SoulDot steps back and points you toward real help.

Questions people ask.

Honestly, a lot of people try that first. It's accessible and it won't judge you. But general AI is built to be agreeable: to answer everything, to never say "I don't know" or "this is more than I can handle." That works fine for most things. It's less useful when you need something to stay focused, push back, or recognize when it's out of its depth.

SoulDot's counselors are each built for a specific emotional area: anxiety, grief, relationships, patterns, life direction, trauma. They're not switching between your tax question and your 3am spiral in the same conversation. They remember what you've shared across sessions. And when something needs a human, they say so rather than just keep talking.

General AI will try to help you with everything. SoulDot is trying to do something narrower: stay present, stay honest, and know when to step back.

No one reads your conversations as a matter of routine. The AI processes your messages to reply, and at the end of a session we store a short summary of the key themes so your counselor has context next time. Our support team can access account information like your email for billing help, but conversation content is restricted to what's needed to run the service. We built access controls specifically to limit that. The full breakdown is on our privacy page.

No. SoulDot is for the moments between: the 2am spiral, the thing you need to say out loud before you can talk about it with someone else. Some conversations need a licensed human and a proper therapeutic relationship. We won't pretend otherwise. When something bigger is going on, we say so and point you toward real help.

No. What you share is used to respond to you in that session. Nothing gets fed back into model training.

If a conversation flags something serious, the AI responds with care and shares local crisis line numbers for your region. SoulDot isn't a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger, please call emergency services. But we won't just carry on talking as if nothing happened.

Yes, fully. Go to Settings and request account deletion. Conversations, summaries, everything goes. We hold a legal backup for two years after closure as required by data protection law, then that is deleted too.

No. It's AI. No human is reading your messages or typing replies. The six counselors are AI personas, each focused on a specific emotional area. We think that's worth saying clearly upfront.
